2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT 

Enrollment in TVA courses or services is open to individuals aged 13 and above, with certain programs specifically tailored for teens, young adults, or professional adults. Parental consent is required for minors (under 18).

3. PAYMENT AND NO REFUND POLICY 

Payments for courses, coaching sessions, or subscriptions must be made in full before accessing services. TVA has a strict no-refund policy for all services and courses once payment has been made, except in the case of program cancellation by TVA.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT 

TVA is committed to creating a respectful, positive learning environment.

Participants must treat instructors, coaches, and fellow participants with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of access without a refund.

5. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY 

TVA respects participants privacy and handles all personal information per privacy laws and best practices.

TVA will not disclose personal information without consent, except as required by law or for the protection of the TVA community.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All course materials, resources, and content provided by TVA are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Participants may use the content for personal learning but may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any TVA materials.

7. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF SERVICES 

TVA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service, session, or course. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and TVA will offer alternative options or credits toward future programs.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

TVA is dedicated to offering valuable personal and professional development. However, results vary by individuals.

TVA is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of its programs or services.

9. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS 

To gain maximum benefit, participants are encouraged to complete all assignments, attend live sessions where applicable, and engage actively.

TVA may revoke certification or completion credits if minimum participation requirements are unmet.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS 

TVA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

All participants will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of TVA services implies acceptance of updated terms.
